“At around ten o’clock at night, while navigating through Tinder, a match caught my attention. After initiating a conversation and exchanging pleasantries, we quickly moved on to discussing meeting up. We agreed to meet at a spot I suggested – Diggin Chanakyapuri. Upon arriving at the designated location, I realized it was a community center near the metro station, a bit farther than expected. Nevertheless, after a short wait, my date arrived, proposing we move to a nearby café. Despite finding the ambiance less than ideal, I accommodated her suggestion,” he recounted.

“As we perused the menu, my companion appeared indecisive, so I suggested ordering. She left the selection to me, and I opted for a light lunch. During our conversation, she expressed interest in trying hookah. Curious, I asked about the price, only to find an unexpected additional charge for the largest option. Despite my reservations, I agreed, but was further surprised by an additional charge on the bill. Voicing my concerns, I was met with indifference,” he explained to Business Today.

I threatened to involve the authorities and demanded reimbursement for half the bill due to financial constraints. While she initially agreed, she ultimately failed to follow through, opting to block me on various platforms instead,” he lamented.
