Android Games Can Be Played On Windows PCs By 2022 Says Google Play Games

Google, during The Game Awards 2021, introduced its plans to bring Android games to Windows PCs. The tech giant will bring the Google Play Games platform to Windows via a standalone utility subsequent year. With this development, users may be able to play Android games on their Windows PCs without delay from Google.

It can even permit users to switch among Android phones and tablets, Chromebooks, and Windows PCs simultaneously. It isn’t confirmed whether or not the whole Google Play titles might be available upon arrival of the brand new service on PC.

Google, during The Game Awards, teased the advent of Google Play Games on Windows in 2022. The new move by tech giant will bring one of the most important gaming ecosystems from Android to Windows PCs. It will permit gamers to access masses of Android titles from their desktops.

Greg Hartrell, Google’s product director of games on Android and Google Play become quoted through The Verge as saying, “Starting in 2022, gamers may be able to revel in their preferred Google Play games on extra devices: seamlessly switching among a phone, tablet, Chromebook, and soon, Windows PCs.”

“This Google-built product brings the high-quality of Google Play Games to more laptops and desktops, and we’re pleased to extend our platform for gamers to experience their favorite Android games even more”, Hartrell added.

Additionally, a Google spokesperson showed to The Verge that the enterprise has constructed this app on its own, because of this that the efforts through the enterprise do not depend on different companies along with Microsoft and BlueStacks.

The upcoming app can even allow gamers to resume games on a computer PC, after playing them on a phone, tablet, or Chromebook. However, the information about technology Google is using to emulate Android apps on Windows, and which all games turn out to be making their way to PC are unknown at this moment.
