Unseen BTS pictures of Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor from ‘Brahmastra’ sets dropped by Ayan Mukerji

Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Brahmastra’ is a fantasy adventure drama starring Amitabh Bachchan, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in main roles. ‘Brahmastra’ is one of the most anticipated movies in the Hindi movie industry. Since the movie’s announcement in 2017, ‘Brahmastra’ has seen several delays and its release date hasn’t been locked till date.

The movie’s director Ayan Mukerji took to Instagram on Monday to share the unseen snap shots from the units. He captioned the 5 units of images as “Flashes of Time! #steppingoutofacocoon #thetimefeelsright #brahmastra”. The first image indicates Ayan having a candid verbal exchange with Ranbir , the next picture shows him dealing with the movie’s team in a huge Durga Pooja pandal set. The third image suggests Ayan directing a CGI scene in the film and in the next picture, he is seen instructing Amitabh Bachchan as Ranbir looks at him with snow-capped mountains in the background. In the final photo, the director can be seen sporting a mask and lost in his personal thoughts.

Karan Johar, who’s producing the movie, dropped fire emojis under the post, at the same time as Arjun Kapoor wrote “Low key stuff…”. Fans, who’ve been looking forward to the movie’s launch since 4 years, desperately requested the date while the movie will hit the theatres.

While one person wrote “Release it now please”, some other made a sarcastic comment “Release the film soon. I was 6 years old when the film was announced and I am 26 now!”

Planned as a trilogy, the movie additionally stars Mouni Roy, Dimple Kapadia, and Nagarjuna Akkineni in pivotal roles. ‘Brahmastra’ is Ayan Mukerji’s third movie after the severely acclaimed ‘Wake Up Sid’ and commercially successful ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’.
