For a long time, there have been rumours that Taapsee Pannu had been cast in Rajkumar Hirani’s next film alongside Shah Rukh Khan. All such rumours have been debunked by the actress, who recently declared that if something like this happens, she will be the one shouting.

Taapsee revealed the storey to a news source, saying that if something similar occurs, she will walk to her roof and declare it. This, she believes, is not the type of information that should be kept hidden. The actress further stated that she will be the one shouting when she signs and seals the transaction.

In a separate interview with PTI, Taapsee discussed her desire to work in a wider range of roles, storylines, and genres. “If I get a fantastic screenplay, I won’t let it go to others,” she added. “Whether that means working a little extra, overworking, or working for 300 days or more in a year, which I do… I’ve worked so hard to get to this point where I have so many options.”

“There was a moment when I had to choose from the worst of the scripts for the purpose of being visible or being around,” she continued. I’ve seen those days, so now that I have a wider range of roles, screenplays, and genres to pick from, I don’t want to get greedy.”

Meanwhile, Taapsee has a number of exciting projects in the works, including ‘Rashmi Rocket,’ ‘Looop Lapeta,’ ‘Dobaaraa,’ ‘Shabhaash Mithu,’ ‘Woh Ladki Hai Kahan,’ ‘Jana Gana Mana,’ and ‘Section 375.’
