BNP Paribas Arbitrage acquired a 0.7% stake in Sterling & Wilson Solar, a major solar EPC contractor, and Abakkus Fund acquired a 0.5% stake in IIFL Finance on June 30. NSE displayed a large amount of transaction data at 261.96 weeks.
Among other transactions, Abakkus Emerging Opportunities Fund 1, owned by ace investor Sunil Singhania, purchased 20 million shares of IIFL Finance (indicating half of the shares) at BSE Week Rs 240. The IIFL Finance stock was fixed at 5%, Rs 251.50 from the upper circuit.
Smallcap World Fund Inc acquired a 58.36 lakh stake (or 1.54% stake) in IIFL Finance to Rs 240 weekly. However, CDC Group Plc sold its 1.4 Kurore shares (or 3.69% stake) to BSE for 240.64 rupees per share.
CDC Group Plc had a 15.44% stake in IIFL Finance as of March 2021.
housing finance company HDFC has sold 13,02,820 shares of Ansal Housing and Construction in the NSE for Rs 8.05 per share
Promoter Anjan Chatterjee acquired shares of SpecialtyRestaurants of 6.25 lakh for 63.26 rupees per share. However, Shah Viren sold the company’s shares for 5.86 lakhs for 63.24 rupees per share in NSE.
