Beijing on Friday accused the US of “suppression” after President Donald Trump ordered sweeping restrictions in opposition to Chinese language social media giants TikTok and WeChat.
Chinese language overseas ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin advised an everyday press briefing that the US transfer got here on the expense of American customers and firms.
