Yami Gautam reveals about her battling keratosis pilaris

Yami Gautam, who became a poster lady for sparkling pores and skin for over a decade, had shared a post recently in which she revealed she was battling pores and a skin condition referred to as keratosis pilaris. Spilling a few beans on penning the post, Yami advised an information portal that she felt liberated after writing the post.

The actress brought that the adventure from the time whilst she found out of her situation to the day she placed the post out, was challenging. Yami went on to show that once people noticed her on the shoot, they would talk about how it should be airbrushed or concealed. That would affect her a lot.

According to her, it took years to just accept it and put on her confidence. The actress was additionally overwhelmed to see the response to the post.

On the private front, Yami tied the knot with director Aditya Dhar in advance this year in a private ceremony in Himachal Pradesh with her family and close friends.

On the work front, she was last seen in ‘Bhoot Police’ with Arjun Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, and Jacqueline Fernandez in lead roles. The movie acquired mixed opinions from the audience and critics alike. Next, she may be seen in Aniruddha Roy Chowdhury’s ‘Lost’. According to the makers, the movie will try to highlight the difficulty of media integrity. Apart from this, she additionally has ‘Dasvi’ with Abhishek Bachchan and Nimrat Kaur.
