Kriti Sanon explains why she hasn’t used social media after Sushant Singh Rajput’s death

Kriti Sanon, a popular social media user, continues to delight admirers with her poems, stunning photos and videos, and, of course, her adorable family moments. But did you know that after the unfortunate death of her close friend and ‘Raabta’ co-star Sushant Singh Rajput, the actress had to withdraw herself from the platform last year?

Kriti opened out about it in a recent interview with a news agency, saying, “It was tough to muffle the noise.” But I had my friends and family by my side, which always helped. Last year, the worst thing that had happened to us was social media. There was a lot of noise and conversation as a result of it.’

Kriti sent a heartfelt statement on social media lamenting the loss of Sushant Singh Rajput a few days after his terrible demise, following which people began to dissect their equation and the actress experienced enormous wrath on social media.
