Priyanka Chopra, now a global icon, has made another shocking revelation about her mistreatment in Bollywood.

In her early days in the industry, Priyanka Chopra experienced discomfort from a director on a film set. The actress shared that the incident left her humiliated and led her to opt out of the project.

Recalling the incident, Priyanka revealed that during a scene where her character was supposed to strip as part of her undercover role, the director insisted on seeing her underwear. She described the moment as dehumanizing and expressed her disappointment in being reduced to an object for the sake of the film’s appeal.

The incident took place around 2002 or ’03, and the director made the comment to the stylist in Priyanka’s presence. The experience made her feel like her artistic contribution was not valued, and she decided to leave the film two days later due to her discomfort with the director.

This revelation follows Priyanka’s previous remarks about taking a break from Bollywood due to being pushed into a corner and the politics surrounding the industry. She expressed her weariness with the games people played and the conflicts she faced, which led her to seek a break from the industry.
