Raj Kundra was detained on July 20 in connection with the alleged production and distribution of pornographic material.
Shilpa was questioned by the crime branch officers yesterday, and there was conjecture all day yesterday and today that she had given a statement to them. Shilpa had also rejected her husband Raj Kundra’s participation in the matter, according to hearsay.
