Kangana Ranaut Praises Ram Lalla Idol’s Sculptor Arun Yogiraj, Calls Him Blessed to Have Seen God
Kangana Ranaut expressed admiration for the Ram Lalla idol unveiled at Ayodhya’s Ram Temple, noting that it closely resembled her imagined vision of God’s face. She specifically praised sculptor Arun Yogiraj for bringing the idol to life with exquisite facial features, describing him as ‘blessed’. The idol of Ram Lalla was ceremoniously placed in the Garbha Griha of the Ram Temple amidst chants of ‘Jai Shri Ram’ in preparation for the Pran Pratishtha ceremony scheduled for January 22.
Kangana Ranaut, sharing a closeup picture of the Ram Lalla idol on her Instagram Stories, expressed her thoughts on Friday. She wrote, “I always thought Lord Rama looked like this as a young boy, and my imaginations today came alive with this murti (idol)… @arun_yogiral aap dhanya hain (you are blessed).” Kangana’s post reflects her personal connection to the depiction of Lord Rama in the idol and her appreciation for sculptor Arun Yogiraj’s work.
In her continued appreciation, Kangana Ranaut wrote, “Kaisi sundar aur mann ko moh lene wali ye pratima hai, kitna pressure hoga @arun_yogirai ji pe aur swayam parmeshvar ko hi patthar mein tham lena kya kahein, yeh bhi Ram ki he kripa hai… @arun_yogiraj ji Shri Ram ne aapko swayam darshan diye hain, aap dhanya hain” which translates to “Such a beautiful and captivating idol, there must have been a lot of pressure on Arun Yogiraj, who embedded the God himself in stone. This is also the blessing of Ram… @arun_yogiraj ji, Lord Rama has personally revealed himself to you, you are blessed.” Kangana’s words convey her deep admiration for the sculptor’s work and the divine nature of the idol.
Kangana Ranaut is among the Bollywood celebrities who have received a personal invitation to attend the ‘Pran Pratishtha’ ceremony of the Ram Temple on January 22 in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
