A Pune resident has filed a grievance with the Enforcement Directorate in opposition to politician-actor Shatrughan Sinha, his spouse Poonam Sinha and their son, accusing them of false possession of land. The grievance in opposition to the Sinha family states that the possession of the land was falsely represented.
According to the reports, the ED reassets stated that a unique inquiry crew will probe the allegations to check if the case comes under the Money Laundering Act.
Sandeep Dabadhe, in his written objection against the Sinha family, asserted that about one hectare of land enrolled in the name of his father, has been falsified by actor-turned-politician Shatrughan Sinha and his family members.
The ED sources declare that the problem is presently under the local police station. Despite the property being registered in the name of Sandeep’s father Gorakh Dabadhe, it is claimed by the Sinha family, he stated.
The ED’s research crew has began the probe and is operating in the direction of ascertaining whether or not the case comes under the Money Laundering Act. Neither Shatrughan Sinha nor any of his family members have replied to the allegations made withinside the lawsuits filed with the ED.
