One of Indian cinema’s most successful filmmakers, SS Rajamouli, and the country’s largest theatrical exhibitor, PVR, have forged the first ever such partnership for the highly anticipated action drama RRR with Ram Charan, NTR Jr., Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt, which premieres worldwide on January 7, 2022.
Filmmakers SS Rajamouli and Ajay Bijli, President and CEO of PVR Ltd, also announced this, presented the new PVRRR logo to the gathered media and discussed this unique and unprecedented film partnership. Logo presentation, the PVR team started the special PVRRR promotion which is played on all PVR multiplexer chains across the country for India’s biggest action drama RRR.
Needless to say, the impressive trailer was very much appreciated by the media community with whistles, cheers and turmoil. Ajay Bijli, President and CEO of PVR Ltd, commented on the initiative: “RRR is one of the biggest, most expensive and most anticipated films of 2022. We are proud to have this large-scale show directed by SS Rajamouli and is considered to be Another turning point in the show business. I am sure that this initiative for ‘RRR’ could attract a lot of attention and raise high expectations among the cinema-goers.”

Set in pre-independence India, the film is a fictional take on the younger days of celebrated freedom fighters Komaram Bheem and Alluri Seetharamaraju. The biggest multi-starrer of India features, Ram Charan, NTR Jr along with Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt. RRR will hit screens around the world on January 7th, 2022.
