Taj Hotel in India has been declared the world’s strongest hotel brand

In its annual ‘Hotels 50 2021’ report, Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), South Asia’s biggest hospitality company, revealed that its famous brand, Taj, has been ranked the Strongest Hotel Brand in the World by Brand Finance, the world’s top brand value consultant. This report honours the world’s most valuable and powerful hotel brands.

Taj Hotel achieved an overall Brand Strength Index of 89.3 out of 100, with AAA ratings for consumer familiarity, staff happiness, corporate reputation, and world-class customer service.

The Hotel 50 2021 study also lauded the company’s effective execution of its R.E.S.E.T 2020 strategy, which provided a transformative framework that assisted the Taj brand in overcoming pandemic-related issues.
