Siddharth Pithani has been given temporary bail for his wedding; he must surrender again on July 2

Siddharth Pithani was residing with the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput at his Bandra home at the time of his death. According to news agency PTI, has suspected connection in the drugs case came to light during the NCB’s investigation into Rajput’s death, which led to his detention. As per the latest reports, Pathani is granted temporary bail for his wedding, after 20 days of detention.

The court has granted bail to Sushant Singh Rajput’s close associate Siddharth Pithani for his marriage. “He has been granted interim bail on humanitarian grounds and will have to surrender back on July 2,” his lawyer Tareq Sayyed stated when reached.

Sameer Wankhede, Zonal Director of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), said Pithani has been granted a 10-day reprieve for his wedding but would have to surrender on July 2. Bail has not been given.

The NCB tracked down Pithani through a social media post and detained him on May 28 in Hyderabad for his suspected involvement in the Sushant Singh Rajput drug case. On June 14 of last year, he was the first to discover the actor hanging in his bedroom. He was the one who lowered his body even before the actor’s family arrived at his house. The NCB detained Sushant’s friend Rhea, his brother Showik, and additional staff members Samuel Miranda and Deepesh Sawant. Keshav and Neeraj, who were recently questioned by the NCB, have indicated to Pithani’s involvement in the drug case.

SSR died on June 14 of last year, and the police and other agencies’ inquiry into his death has been ongoing for the past year. Sushant’s family is pursuing numerous legal cases in the wake of his death, which has sparked a lot of suspicion.
