The Mumbai Police have affirmed that Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani were booked for disregarding COVID-19 rules, not long after reports guaranteed that an FIR was filed against them.

Mumbai Police did not name the actors, but creatively used the name of their movie to confirm. Mumbai Police tweeted that in the current ‘War’ against Covid, going ‘Malang’ “In the progressing ‘Battle’ against the infection, going ‘Malang’ on roads cost two entertainers who have been reserved under segments 188, 34 IPC by Bandra Police station.

Mumbai Police also urged the citizens not to do ‘Heropanti’ unnecessarily and follow the pandemic rules.

First, an FIR had been filed against the actors for not following the Covid19 rules. Then, Mumbai Police released the post.

The actors were seen roming around close to the Bandra bandstand in the evening, hours after 2 PM, which is the deadline for roaming of people outside their house without any genuine reason.

The police saw Tiger wandering in the Bandstand region in the evening. When addressed, he was unable to give a good answer to why he was meandering outside. Police noted his details and enrolled a case under segment 188 of the IPC.

Tiger’s mom, Ayesha Shroff, denied the cases in an Instagram post that has now circulated around the web. Invalidating gossips about an FIR being filed against her child, she stated that Tiger and Disha were not roaming unnecessarily but were coming back home, and meanwhile, the police were checking Aadhar cards. She told people to get the correct facts and then say their things.
