Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, who welcomed their first child earlier this year, are having the time of their lives with little munchkin Vamika. While they’ve shared images of their daughter, they haven’t given us a good look at her face. During a question-and-answer session, dad Virat reveals his plans to reveal her first look.

“What is the meaning of Vamika, and how is she?” a fan inquired on Instagram. Please give us a peek of her.” ‘Vamika is another name for Goddess Durga,’ Virat responded. “We have agreed as a couple not to expose our child to social media until she has a firm understanding of what it is and can make her own decision,” he added.

When the couple welcomed their first child in January, Virat and Anushka delivered customized hampers to the media, requesting that they refrain from photographing their daughter. They also sent a note that read, “Hello, Thank you for all of the love you’ve shown us throughout the years. We are delighted to share this joyous event with you. We have a simple request for you, as parents. We need your help and support to protect our child’s privacy.”

“While we will always make sure you have all of the content you require featuring us, we respectfully request that you not take or distribute any content that contains our child. We are hopeful that you will understand where we are coming from, and we appreciate your cooperation.” They went on to say.
