The actress stated in a recent interview that her parents are “great and beautiful individuals” who should not be compelled to be together. “I was glad they separated,” she told Zoom, “because I don’t believe two people who don’t get along should be compelled to get along for some reason.” They are still wonderful parents.”

“I am extremely close to my father,” Shruti Haasan said of her individual relationship with Kamal Haasan and Sarika. My mother is doing well and is still a part of our life. It actually turned out to be a good thing. They are both incredibly great and attractive individuals. They didn’t look as good together as they used to. That in no way diminishes their inherent beauty as people. I was quite young when they divorced, and the reason was simple: they were happier apart than they were together.”
