Daisy Shah says that during the COVID-19 pandemic, as celebrities come together to give assistance to those in need and crisis, there have been instances where a user is only pretending to need help in order to see their name mentioned on a celeb’s Instagram story. She has been assisting those in need by publicizing their pleas for medical care on social media.

The actress claimed in an interview with a news portal that many people are unaware of the seriousness of the situation. Actors really want to help, but a few people are saying things like, ‘Celeb ki story pe apna naam aaya, voh chahiye apne ko’.

The actress from ‘Race 3’ recently posted a series of Instagram stories about it. “A large number of people have sent requests. If anyone is really in need, they can share the patient’s name, age, and requirements. However, I sometimes receive direct messages requesting assistance. What kind of assistance do you require? Voh  toh mention karo.   Simply because you want to see your name on a celebrity’s story?” she questions.

When asked how she has been coping with the pandemic, the actress told the portal that she has been making the most of it by learning a lot. Everyone was living a life of just running until the pandemic broke out. According to her, the pandemic slowed our lives down and taught us the value of what life should be.
