According to media sources Arijit’s mother, Aditi Singh, has died, after suffering a brain stroke following her struggle with COVID 19. According to media sources, Aditi was diagnosed with the fatal virus in April of this year and was admitted to the hospital as her health deteriorated. While she tested negative for the deadly virus earlier this week, she died late Thursday from a brain stroke.
“She passed away last night about 11 p.m., according to the medical establishment,” the statement added. Singh was put on ECMO after being hospitalised with COVID . She tested negative on Monday but died last night after a brain stroke.” Arijit’s mother’s health was brought to light when celebrities like Srijit Mukherji and Swastika Mukherjee used social media to spread the word about a need for blood donors for her. Arijit also posted a statement on Facebook, saying, “It is my humble request to people who are attempting to assist me at this hour Please don’t go overboard simply because you see Arijit Singh’s name. We will not be able to rise above this calamity unless we learn to appreciate one other. I am grateful to everyone who contacted out and offered assistance, but please keep in mind that we are all human beings. Every single person is a priority.”
