IT main HCL Applied sciences on Friday posted a consolidated web revenue of Rs 2,935 crore for the April to June quarter and mentioned that Shiv Nadar is stepping down from the Chairman’s position.
His daughter Roshni Nadar Malhotra will succeed him with rapid impact.
HCL Applied sciences had clocked a web revenue of Rs 2,230 crore in Q1 FY19 and Rs three,172 crore in This autumn FY20.

HCL Applied sciences has introduced a dividend of Rs 2 per share. On the finish of June, it had 1.5 lakh workers with gross addition of seven,005 individuals.
The corporate mentioned its board of administrators has appointed Roshni Nadar Malhotra, Non-Government Director as Chairperson of the board and firm with impact from Friday rather than her father Shiv Nadar.
